As the calendar flips to 2025, I’m turning the page to an exhilarating new chapter in my commercial real estate (CRE) journey. For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Stablewood’s Head of Investments and President—a role that allowed me to combine traditional CRE investment with cutting-edge data analytics, machine learning, and artifical intelligence.
But now, I’m pressing forward with a startup that’s been incubating under the Stablewood umbrella for some time. I call it CRE Agents (creagents.ai), and it’s designed to give us back our most precious asset: time.
Why does this matter so much? Because in more than two decades of working in CRE, I’ve seen countless professionals—myself included—lose entire days to repetitive, mind-numbing tasks. Instead of focusing on strategy, relationship-building, or critical decision-making, we often end up stuck wrangling spreadsheets, scrubbing data, and formatting reports.
It’s time to fix that.
The Vision Behind CRE Agents
I’m a firm believer in automation—especially when it comes to reclaiming time. From my early days as a broker automating letters, to my associate years exporting Argus into Excel, through to producing 50,000 first-pass underwrites with fully populated investment committee memos as an executive at Stablewood, technology has consistently freed me (and my teams) from busy work.
The result? More time for higher-level thinking and genuine value creation. More time with our families and to do the things we love best. And better results for the companies I worked at.
That belief is precisely why CRE Agents exists. We’re building a vertical agentic AI platform for CRE that trains digital coworkers to take on the tasks most of us dread: BOVs, quarterly reporting, underwriting data entry, document review—any workflow bogged down by monotony.
Our Digital Coworkers are more than just tools; they partner with teams, integrate smoothly into existing workflows and software, communicate in familiar channels like email and Slack, and take on the drudgery that can otherwise soak up hours of your day.
No new apps to learn, and no complicated installation. Just immediate impact.
Our mission is simple and bold: transform how work gets done in CRE. By offloading the repetitive tasks to AI-powered coworkers, we can do what we’re truly meant to do: shape strategies, nurture relationships, and push the industry forward.
The Transition from Stablewood
While I’m stepping back from the day-to-day at Stablewood, I’m not walking away entirely. Stablewood’s been an incredible home for five years, and I’m proud of everything we’ve achieved.
Going forward, I’ll remain an advisor, investor, and member of the Investment Committee. I’m deeply grateful for Stablewood’s ongoing support—they’ve provided more than just resources; they’ve been my sounding board, my testing ground, and my first believer.
And they’re not done yet.
Stablewood remains a pre-seed investor and early-access customer of CRE Agents. They’ve seen firsthand how AI can streamline operations, drive efficiency, and free up teams to focus on the high-level tasks that truly matter. By maintaining these close ties, I’m ensuring that CRE Agents continues to resonate with real-world demands and remains laser-focused on delivering tangible value.
This supportive partnership with Stablewood is just the start. We’re also bringing in other trusted advisors, visionary customers, and dedicated investors—people who share my conviction that the future of CRE lies in freeing professionals from the mundane so they can excel where they’re needed most.
An Invitation to Shape the Future
I’m on a mission to spread this transformation across the entire CRE landscape, but I can’t do it alone. Maybe you’re a builder with the chops to help train these AI agents, or perhaps you’re a forward-thinking investor eager to back the next industry game-changer. Or maybe you’re a busy professional, itching to reclaim precious hours each week through early access to our Digital Coworkers.
In any of these scenarios, I want to connect.
Over the next few months, I’ll be assembling an all-star team—coders, operators, strategists, investors, and champion users—to refine, test, and introduce CRE Agents to the broader market. We’re focusing on functional tasks where the time-savings potential is massive, and the standard approaches are painfully outdated.
If you share my vision—if you’re tired of the manual grind and craving a future where AI handles the tedious so you can deliver real impact—let’s talk.
Shoot me a message or just tap me on the shoulder the next time we happen to cross paths. Let’s join together to shape the future of how work is done in CRE.
